The school is conducted under the ARYABHATT EDUCATIONAL TRUST.The trust office is located
at 4th flor Lahthan Bhwan,Jagdeo Nagar,Ara.The Principal is the Academic Head of the school.The courses of study are arranged according to the C.B.S.E. syllabus.The medium of instrucation is Anglo-Hindi.
Report Cards:
The parent/Gurardian must personally visit the school to receive the Report Card and meet the teacher's so discuss their wards progress.Parents who do not do so,will indicate their disinterest in their wards progress.
School Dairy:
1. All students when attending their classes must have their school dairy with them.
2. Should the need arise then the teacher will call for the parents by making an entry of the same in the school dairy of a child.
3. Change of address,should be notified directly to the Principal in writing at the earliest.
Guideline For Student Conduct:
1. Every child should carry a napkin with his/her tiffin box and water bottle too.
2. The school can not take responsibility for student after class hour.
3. Transfer Certificates issued after the Final Examination will sate obtained in the exam cleared.
4. A clean white handkerchief is compulsory.
5. Shoes must be polished every day.
6. No Bindi,Make-up or Ornaments are permitted.
7. Nail must be short and clean without nail polish.
8. Simple ear rings(plain) may be worn.
Payment Of Fee:
This includes tuition fees,Rickshaw & Bus Fees,Library Fees,computer Fees etc.
1. Fees are to be deposited monthly in advance,that is by the 5th of the month to avoid the late fee fine.
2. If fees are deposited after the 5th of the month then Rs.20/- will be charged as late fine.
3. Fees and other charges are subjects to recive as per decision of the management.
4. PART PAYMENT OF FEES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Parent-Teacher Meetings:
These meetings are held three times in a year.It is compulsory for parents to attend these these meetings to discuss their children's progress,difficulties,conduct,discipline & behavior.
Attendance:
1. Pupils must be present in school before the Assembly commences.
2. A student should have at least a minimum 80% class-day attendance per term/academic year.
3. Irregular attendance or attendance below 80% may lead to dismissal of the student if it is for unjustifiable reason, as per the discretion of the Principal.
School Property:
1. Care should be taken to keep the school clean at all times.
2. Each student is responsible for all class property.
Visiting:
1. Students are not allowed to receive visitors or make phone calls.They will not be permitted to leave classes to answer phone calls.Only if the matter is very urgent the students will be called to the phone.
2. Parents are not permitted to go the class room during school hours.
Recommendation To Parents:
1. Parents are requested to see that children wear uniform.
2. Encourage your child to participate in all activities of the school.
3. Parents are requested to see their wards school dairy everyday for teacher's remarks.
4. Send a leave note after any absence without which the child will not be permitted to attend class.
5. If a child is required to leave school early in case of an emergency the parents or guardians would have to come personally to take the child home.
6. Parents are requested to provide their wards necessary reading and writing materials.
7. Criticism of a teacher must be avoided in the presence of the child because if undermines respect for teacher and the school.
